Weekend

The night of the 4th we just went to dinner and rode our bikes around.

No fireworks. A little bummed about it but here in Utah we still have the 24th.

Tonight we went to a movie with Jef's dad and siblings.

Jef is turning 28 tomorrow!!!!

4th of July Part I

This morning Emily came to the SLC to hang with me.

Started the day with some breakfast at the park cafe.

This is when it looked like we were riding a tandem bike.

We went to an awesome antique store.

Even when feeling down lately,

I stopped the sadness for a couple days,

it was just long enough to realize,

that life is too short,

and way too lovely,

to waste it to feelings of

insecurities, short comings, or past mistakes.

Can't wait for the next 25 years.
